BILT Furniture

These images started out as a personal project and now stand out as some of my favorite images I’ve ever shot.

My friend Blake Layman of BILT (Building in Layman’s Terms) Furniture is a talented furniture maker, restorer and carpenter. He was leaving his workshop of several years and we wanted to document him working in that space before the transition. We spent a great afternoon hanging out and capturing a variety of photos that we both will always enjoy.
